NRS 127.003
Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1.

“Agency which provides child welfare services” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432B.030.

2.

“Division” means the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department of Health and Human Services.

3.

“Indian child” has the meaning ascribed to it in 25 U.S.C. § 1903.

4.

“Indian Child Welfare Act” means the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, 25 U.S.C. §§ 1901 et seq.
