NRS 126.800
Reimbursement of gestational carrier for expenses and economic losses.

1.

A gestational carrier may receive reimbursement for expenses and economic losses resulting from participation in the gestational carrier arrangement.

2.

A donor may receive reimbursement for expenses and economic losses resulting from the retrieval or storage of gametes or embryos and incurred after the donor has entered into a valid agreement in a record to be a donor.

3.

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4, economic losses occurring before the donor has entered into a valid agreement in a record to be a donor may not be reimbursed.

4.

Any premiums paid for insurance against economic losses directly resulting from the retrieval or storage of gametes or embryos for donation may be reimbursed even if such premiums were paid before the donor entered into a valid agreement in a record, so long as such agreement becomes valid and effective before the gametes or embryos are used in assisted reproduction pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
