NRS 119A.640
Powers of Administrator or hearing officer.

The Administrator or his or her hearing officer may:

1.

Take testimony and other evidence concerning all matters within the jurisdiction of the Division pursuant to this chapter;

2.

Administer oaths;

3.

Certify to all official acts; and

4.

For cause, issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and the production of books and papers.
