NRS 116A.600
Requirement for community manager or reserve study specialist to notify Division in writing of certain convictions.

1.

A community manager who holds a certificate and a reserve study specialist who is registered shall notify the Division in writing if he or she is convicted of, or enters a plea of guilty, guilty but mentally ill or nolo contendere to, a felony or any offense involving moral turpitude.

2.

A community manager or reserve study specialist shall submit the notification required by subsection 1 not more than 10 days after the conviction or entry of the plea of guilty, guilty but mentally ill or nolo contendere.
