Right of lienholder not lost when vessel removed from control

  • seizure without process of law.

1.

A holder of a lien under the provisions of NRS 108.670 does not lose the lien by reason of allowing the vessel to be removed from the lienholder’s control.

2.

In case a vessel is so removed, the lienholder may, without further process of law, seize the vessel wherever it may be found within this state.
