Right of bailee to sell property on bailor’s failure to pay storage charges.

1.

When any property to be placed in storage has been received by any person, firm or corporation acting as bailee for hire of the property to be placed in storage in any room, building or other structure belonging to or leased by the bailee, the bailee may, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 108.450, sell the property at public auction to the highest bidder if the bailor has failed to pay the storage charges on the property.

2.

The sale must not be made in any manner which is contrary to any agreement between the bailor and the bailee.
