Liens on aircraft: Redelivery of property upon posting of bond.

1.

The legal owner may, for the redelivery of any aircraft, aircraft equipment or parts which are held by the lien claimant, file with the court a bond for double the amount of the lien.

2.

The court upon approval of such a bond shall issue its order requiring the lien claimant to relinquish possession of the property to the legal owner.
