Application to participate

1.

If an applicant desires to participate in the Solar Program, the applicant must submit an application to a utility.

2.

A utility shall review each application submitted pursuant to subsection 1 to ensure that the applicant meets the qualifications and requirements to be eligible to participate in the Solar Program.
