Fees

1.

The Commissioner shall charge and collect the following fees:

(a)

For the filing and investigation of an application for a license, a nonrefundable fee of not more than $1,000 and any additional expenses incurred in the process of investigation;

(b)

For the issuance of a license, at least $200;

(c)

For the annual renewal of a license, at least $200;

(d)

For the issuance of a license for each branch office of a licensee, a nonrefundable fee of at least $200;

(e)

For the annual renewal of a license for each branch office of a licensee, at least $250;

(f)

For the issuance of a reciprocal license, at least $150;

(g)

For the annual renewal of a reciprocal license, at least $150; and

(h)

For the reissuance of a license because of a change in the business address of the licensee, at least $200.

2.

All money received by the Commissioner pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 must be placed in the Investigative Account for Financial Institutions created by NRS 232.545.

3.

The Commissioner shall adopt regulations establishing the amount of fees required pursuant to this section.
