Suspension or delay in issuance of driver’s license.


1.

The juvenile court may order that the drivers license of a child be suspended for at least 90 days but not more than 2 years.

2.

If the child does not possess a drivers license, the juvenile court may prohibit the child from receiving a drivers license for at least 90 days but not more than 2 years:

(a)

Immediately following the date of the order, if the child is eligible to receive a drivers license.

(b)

After the date the child becomes eligible to apply for a drivers license, if the child is not eligible to receive a license on the date of the order.
