Nevada Juvenile Justice Sec. § 62E.250 Suspension or delay in issuance of drivers license. 1.The juvenile court may order that the drivers license of a child be suspended for at least 90 days but not more than 2 years. 2.If the child does not possess a drivers license, the juvenile court may prohibit the child from receiving a drivers license for at least 90 days but not more than 2 years: (a)Immediately following the date of the order, if the child is eligible to receive a drivers license. (b)After the date the child becomes eligible to apply for a drivers license, if the child is not eligible to receive a license on the date of the order.
