NRS 433B.187
Maintenance of record of investigation and fingerprints.


1.

The Division shall maintain accurate records of the information concerning an employee of a division facility collected pursuant to NRS 433B.183 and 433B.185 for the period of the employee’s employment with a division facility, including, without limitation:

(a)

A copy of the fingerprints that were submitted to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History and a copy of the written authorization that was provided by the employee;

(b)

Proof that the fingerprints of the employee were submitted to the Central Repository for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report; and

(c)

Any other documentation of the information collected pursuant to NRS 433B.183 and 433B.185.

2.

The records maintained pursuant to subsection 1 must be maintained for the period of the employee’s employment with the division facility.
