The ordinance enacted pursuant to this chapter must designate the form of the application for tentative approval, the fee for filing the application and the official of the city or county with whom the application is to be filed.

2.

The application for tentative approval may include a tentative map. If a tentative map is included, tentative approval may not be granted pursuant to NRS 278A.490 until the tentative map has been submitted for review and comment by the agencies specified in NRS 278.335.
