NRS 159A.123
Contracts of protected minor.

If a protected minor for whom a guardian of the estate is appointed was, at the time of the appointment, a party to a contract which has not been fully performed, and which was made by the minor while not under any legal disability other than being under the age of majority, the guardian of the estate, with prior approval of the court by order, may complete the performance of such contract. If such contract requires the conveyance of any real or personal property, or any interest in such property, the court may authorize the guardian to convey the interest and estate of the protected minor in the property, and the effect of such conveyance is the same as though made by the protected minor while not under legal disability. If the contract requires a sale, no notice of sale is required under this section unless otherwise ordered by the court.
